The safety of the environment, the population and our workforce is our top priority.  What we do    NIMC offer complete contract engineering, supply, manufacture, delivery to site, installation, commissioning, testing, and ensure the quality of integration into the complete instrument, control and electrical system of the power facility. How NIMC will be involved (We own the project) Direct involvement over all engineering and project management functions enables NIMC to ensure the best performance and quality of engineering workmanship from their “Turnkey” partners. Through innovative electrical power applications NIMC and its partners assist utilities build and maintain reliable power system installations safely and efficiently, offering cost effective solutions. NIMC Project Management Serve as a Resident Engineering Organisation by planning, assigning and directing the work of professional and paraprofessional staff in the planning, design, surveying and construction of Power Supply Project. Coordinates a variety of administrative activities, including employee scheduling, payroll reporting and report processing. Prepares plans, specifications and quantity estimates for the various sub projects. Performs complex engineering activities and calculations related to design, construction and project management, including reports, records and correspondence. Administers project fiscal controls, including monitoring monthly cost estimates, authorizing contractor payments and project reimbursements. Directs staff or performs field inspections and testing of the various sub projects.
